As we all go about our goal of raising money for, or directing much-needed funds to, nonprofit organizations, it is important to find entry points where we can bring up the subject of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) to these donors and clients. It is also integral to diversifying the donor pool. We can do this by assessing our own strengths in order to determine our role in moving equity forward.
