In these challenging times, it is crucial that we also practice self-care and de-stress. As you may know, music is my passion and one of my favorite ways to unwind. So, as a treat, I present a recording of An African American Musical Journey, presented by Councilwoman Shanae Williams, Councilwoman Tasha Diaz, City Council President Mike Khader and the Yonkers Commission on Human Rights, from this past Black History Month. The program contained musical selections of African, Spiritual, Classical, contemporary and more.

I held the honor of serving as the Mistress of Ceremonies as well as the opportunity to perform as well. Enjoy the programming and I hope you have a happy, stress-free Friday!
